Patient Safety at the Jeesal Group

Patient safety at the Jeesal Group and within Cawston Park is a very important part of fulfilling our company's vision. We have effective policies and procedures in place, together with strong leadership to guide teams to deliver a high quality service.

We must remember that we are working in our patient’s service and they are not living in our service. Therefore we have to be very clear about our roles & responsibilities. It is important that we focus equally on making sure that neither our patients, or our staff are at any risk.

As a member of a care organisation, or an employee of Jeesal, you play an important role in reporting anything that you observe which may be unsafe to patients or your colleagues. We all have an important role to play in delivering patient safety, therefore taking the necessary steps is essential to ensuring we do it well.
